2K Sports today released free playable demos for a pair of upcoming sports video games: Top Spin 4 and MLB 2K11. Each demo is now available to download via Xbox Live Marketplace for Xbox 360 owners and PSN for Playstation 3 owners.
The MLB 2K11 demo lets you play a three-inning game from last year’s 2010 World Series at AT&T Park in San Francisco.as either the San Francisco Giants or Texas Rangers. Three inningis will give you the ability to play through the batting order for either team, as well as a chance to check out the game’s new features including a revamped fielding system, Total Control Pitching and all-new and improved player models.
Those who download the Top Spin 4 demo will find Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, Ana Ivanovic and Serena Williams as unlocked players that can play in at the US Open or the French Open. Matches in the demo are restricted to a tie-breaker to seven points.
MLB 2K11 will be the first game to hit retail on March 8, followed a week later by Top Spin 4 on March 15.
