We have crossed the one month threshold and entered final countdown territory for the release of Disney Infinity on Xbox 360, PS3, Wii and Wii U. The latest entry in the growing “Toys to Life” gaming segment is aiming big, and the appeal of Pixar’s The Incredibles figures to play a major role in the game’s launch.
Of course, The Incredibles is a superhero family so it made perfect sense for Disney Interactive to release new assets timed to coincide with Comic-Con 2013, currently underway in San Diego, California. The new assets delivered include a total of 38 screenshots, 32 from the Disney Infinity The Incredibles Play Set and 6 from the Toy Box mode, as well as an all-new trailer.
These new assets take a broader look at The Incredibles characters and their powers. The previously released looks at The Incredibles Play Set have focused almost exclusively on Mr. Incredible. Now his family including Mrs. Incredible, Dash and Violet, as well as nemesis Syndrome, all get their due.
