With Skylanders Swap Force just around the corner and Disney Infinity needing a decent chunk of shelf space starting in August, retailers are starting to push out Skylanders Giants toys in order to make room for the newcomers.
Online retailer Amazon.com has discounted the price of Skylanders Giants LightCore figures and Series 2 reposes to anywhere between $5.99 and $7.99. For the LightCore figures, that’s a 42% drop on the cheapest ones over what they typically sell for. The discount on Series 2 is 30% to 40%; not quite as good as LightCore, but not too shabby, either.
