Skylanders adventure packs have been, and still are, difficult to track down in brick-and-mortar stores. Online shopping, however, is quickly becoming the go-to route to track them all down.
Over the past couple days, online retailer Amazon.com has stocked all three Skylanders adventure packs: Empire of Ice, Darklight Crypt and Pirate Seas at the retail price of $19.99, $5 cheaper than you will find them at Toys R Us. It would appear the Skylanders scalpers have moved onto the newer releases of Zook and Lightning Rod.
At the time of this article, all three Skylanders adventure packs are currently in stock at Amazon.com, along with a small selection of other Skylanders figures. Gamestop.com also has the Skylanders adventure packs in stock, though you won’t get free shipping for orders over $25 there.
The fourth adventure pack, Dragon’s Peak, was officially released this past Sunday exclusively at Toys R Us. The exclusive window is expected to run 30 days, so by May, Dragon’s Peak should be available at all retail outlets that sell Skylanders.
