The week of Captain America: The First Avenger continues with another new batch of images from the upcoming Marvel surefire blockbuster, these scanned from the pages of Empire magazine that previously was revealed to have Chris Evans as Cap on the cover.
The first three images look like they could be snapped from the final act when Captain America will surely square off against Red Skull and his Hydra thugs. In particular the first image shows Cap in what could be his final moments before becoming a popsicle.
Elsewhere in the small image collection you get a good look at Hayley Atwell as a gun-toting Peggy Carter, Richard Armitage as Heinz Kruger getting roughed up by Captain America, and a first look at Natalie Dormer as Private Lorraine and Tommy Lee Jones as Colonel Chester Phillips.
Though I feel like a broken record saying this for the third time this week, look for the first Captain America: The First Avenger poster tomorrow and the hotly anticipated first footage during a Super Bowl commercial on Sunday.
