When Daniel Craig as James Bond next returns to theaters in his third outing, we’ll be referring to the name of the film as Skyfall.
Bond producers Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli announced the name of the 23rd James Bond film today during a London press conference. They were flanked by the film’s director Sam Mendes and stars Daniel Craig, Judi Dench, villain Javier Bardem, and Bond girl Naomie Harris.
The cast also includes Ralph Fiennes and Albert Finney, though neither was present for the big announcement.
Skyfall will shoot in London’s Pinewood Studios as well as on location in Turkey, Scotland and China.
According to Variety’s report, the only thing Mendes would reveal about the film is that it will include “a lot of action.” You could have figured that out looking at any one of the previous Bond films.
Skyfall is expected to arrive in theaters on November 9, 2012.
