Full Star Wars: The Force Awakens Trailer Demands Endless Views

The third and likely final Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens trailer hyperspaced into the public eye during ESPN Monday Night Football following the longest final two minutes ever for the second half that included a broken clock. Once the trailer debuted and immediately thereafter popped up online, the Internet got unexpectedly emotional from its impact as a new John Williams’ twist on classic Star Wars musical themes echoed across the world.

While the new full Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer that director and co-writer JJ Abrams dropped a note about just before its debut is still light on plot, it does shed some light on the motivations of several new characters. Rey (Daisy Ridley) considers herself a nobody, though we know better now don’t we? She’s about to become a somebody real quick.

Then there’s Finn, a man without a mission or purpose who finds himself wielding Luke Skywalker’s newly found lightsaber against Kylo Ren, a mysterious figure who has set out finish what Darth Vader started. We assume that to mean the utter annihilation of the Jedi Order — including Luke Skywalker — and conquest of the galaxy.

Maz Kanata (Lupita Nyong’o) delivers voiceover to someone that suggests she’s knowledgeable of the Force and trying to get that someone to accept their destiny. Supreme Leader Snoke and Luke Skywalker, however, remain noticeably absent from the marketing plan that JJ Abrams must have his thumb on.

Watch the Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer endlessly below and be on the lookout for some spoiler analysis in the near future. There’s definitely several cool Easter Eggs hiding out to discuss.
