A new poster for Michael Bay’s Transformers: Age of Extinction has dropped that features a mostly clear look at one of the Decepticon spaceships that will pay earth a visit in the film.
The poster features most of the ship that can be seen in parts during the most recent Age of Extinction trailer. It comes to earth seemingly in search of Optimus Prime, who has been in the garage of Cade Yeager (Mark Wahlberg) and fulfilling the original Transformers tag line of “robots in disguise.”
The ship is obviously bad news as Cade and his daughter Tessa (Nicola Peltz) are sprinting away from the home as it arrives. The likely conclusion to this event is that the ship is carrying a Decepticon who is hunting Optimus Prime, and a battle will ensue that sees Tessa kidnapped, a plot point from the film that has already been revealed.
The reason Paramount issued this new Transformers: Age of Extinction poster today is because Wahlberg is hosting the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards tomorrow night at 8/7c. Will new Age of Extinction debut during the show? There’s certainly a chance, though no concrete evidence it will.
