One of the lone bright spots in Nintendo’s E3 presser yesterday was the unveiling of Super Mario Galaxy 2 for Nintendo Wii.
The original Mario Galaxy was a best-seller when it launched and continues to be a fan favorite today. With Galaxy 2, Nintendo will finally have two 3D iterations of Mario available on the same console.
Though Super Mario Galaxy 2 is not slated for release until 2010, Amazon.com has already begun taking pre-orders priced at $59.99. You can click here to get in on the early action and secure one of the first Super Mario Galaxy 2 Wii games when released.
Since going up for pre-order earlier this am, Super Mario Galaxy 2 has jumped to the 285th bestsellers spot at Amazon.com. Not quite the big leap other games like Xbox 360’s Halo 3: ODST took when going up for pre-order. Then again, most people do not know it is available yet.
