Two days ago, EA announced their new IP horror shooter Dead Space would appropriately be released this upcoming Halloween on October 31 for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
With that announcement came a pair of first-look screenshots showing off the “deep space” mining ship systems engineer Isaac Clarke would be sent to. They offered a brief glimpse into the world of Dead Space, but not enough to get the trigger finger juices flowing.
Now we’ve gotten a hold of 17 brand new screenshots revealing the nightmare Isaac is about to find himself him. Think a cross between a soldier from Ghost Recon battling by himself ala Doom against mutated monstrosities ala Leviathan.
Warning: the following screenshots are naturally dark. They’re also gory, detailed, and reveal several of Dead Space’s monsters and weapons. In other words, enjoy!
