Xbox 360 Quick Charge Kit in stores now

One of my most anticipated Xbox 360 peripherals is now in stores. No, not the webcam or HD-DVD drive. This puppy will save many pets legs from getting caught up in cords. Aside from pet safety, I’ve personally been wanting one of Microsoft’s Quick Charge Kits for my controllers as I find the batteries run out far too often and end up leaving the cords in to avoid that scenario.

Microsoft product description: The Quick Charge Kit allows for continuous gameplay without the hassle of cords being connected to the console. It is always ready and easily accessible, powering down automatically when charging is complete. For an affordable $29.99 U.S. MSRP, the kit includes a charging stand for two batteries, one NiMH Rechargeable Battery Pack, and an AC adapter. The Quick Charge Kit is currently available in North America and will soon be available in other regions.
