Toys R Us have launched their Cyber Monday 2012 deals that include several video game-related sales and discounts. All of the following deals are good through Tuesday, November 27, or while supplies last.
Those in the market for a new Nintendo 3DS XL in red can score a free 3DS Skylanders Giants game that comes with a portal of power and three figures, including Punch Pop Fizz, with the 3DS purchase.
There are two different buy one, get one (BOGO) promotions going on at Toys R Us right now. The first is a BOGO for “value” software that takes 60 percent off one title with the purchase of another. There are 500 games to choose from, and many of them are already on sale.
The second BOGO offer is buy one game, get the second game for only $1. This sale includes many newer releases like Angry Birds Trilogy, Skylanders Giants, LEGO Batman 2, and Moshi Monsters: Moshlings Theme Park, amongst others.
Figures from Skylanders: Spyro’s Adventure have had their price chopped up to 40 percent, but all are still priced fairly steeply compared to the $2.99 Black Friday prices from a few days ago.
Those of you looking for a new controller can get a free Airflow controller for Xbox 360 or PS3 with the purchase of an Xbox 360 Kinect bundle or PS3 250GB bundle, respectively, or a free Lego Play and Build Wii Remote with the purchase of a Nintendo Wii.
