Disney will be airing the equivalent of a new trailer for The Lone Ranger starring Johnny Depp and Armie Hammer during the Super Bowl XLVII pre-game show on CBS in the form of a 90-second spot.
This morning Disney released a 20-second preview of the spot that you can watch below. Truth be told it runs more like 15 seconds considering the promotional tiles mixed in. It also seems to include a lot of footage we’ve already seen in the previously released trailer which makes me wonder how much new footage will appear in the extended spot, if any.
Just below the Super Bowl spot sneak peek is a new one-sheet poster for The Lone Ranger.
The Lone Ranger rides into theaters on July 3, 2013, complete with the dead bird on Tonto’s head.
