After prematurely announcing the Jack Black and Michael Cera comedy Year One was coming to Blu-ray Disc and DVD back on July 28, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment has re-announced the film with a new home video release date: October 6.
The new announcement offers more fleshed out bonus features including the ability to create your own video (presumably from pre-selected film clips) and share your concoction via BD-Live. Sony is billing this feature as an industry first so it will be interesting to see how it functions.

- 2 Deleted Scenes
- Commentary with Director Harold Ramis, Jack Black and Michael Cera
- 10 Extended and Alternate Scenes
