It is still three months until the release of Skylanders Swap Force and that wait will feel like an eternity, especially since the only real Skylanders-related promotion going on between now and then involves snacks and the Skylanders Giants Frito-Lay Sidekicks, and those won’t be shipping for at least another month or more.
To help keep the heroic Skylanders fresh in the minds of parents and kids as the summer wears on, Activision has put together a trio of PDF documents that are absolutely free to open up and print out. Each offers a little something different and will make the eyes of any Skylanders obsessed kid light up with glee.
The first PDF is a calendar for August and September along with some Skylanders activity suggestions to fill it in with. The second is an activity pack with a word search, maze and more. It’s a nice thing to print out and spring upon a kid while at a restaurant to help pass the time until the food is served.
The final sheet has a bunch of birthday party ideas. The links to download templates don’t seem to work, but there’s a lot of good info for anyone planning a Skylanders-themed party in the near future.
