Gametrailers.com has released an exclusive first-look at the upcoming Quantum of Solace videogame that will tie in with Daniel Craig’s second go-around as 007 James Bond this November.
Treyarch is developing the game for Activision, the first game they’ll publish after securing rights to the Bond franchise last year.
The gameplay footage is from the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 version, confirmed by Treyarch to be running on the Call of Duty 4 engine. You can get a taste of that in the footage which is full of destructible environments, hiding behind cover and gunfire.
Events in the game will span Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace including scenes cut from the final theatrical print of one if not both films.
Quantum of Solace will be available for Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Nitendo Wii, Playstation 2, Nintendo DS and Sony PSP sometime in November to tie into the film’s release.
