We’ve stumbled upon a trio of widescreen aspect ratio screenshots from Midway and Epic Games’ upcoming Unreal Tournament 2007 game. Screenshots of the first-to-store PC version have been released en masse already but as of yet, we haven’t seen anything from Xbox 360 or Playstation 3.
Because these screenshots don’t seem to match the previous PC screenshots, we’re led to believe these are in fact the first console screenshots released until informed otherwise. Regardless of what platform they may or may not belong to, the detail on the character model is absolutely insane; dare we say perhaps surpassing those found in Epic’s other upcoming instant hit, Gears of War. Stay tuned as the doors are surely to be blown off Unreal Tournament 2007 come E3 in May.
