Amazon is embracing video games in their Gold Box Deal of the Day, offering up a 13% discount on a Playstation 3 console as well as other Lightning Deals that will run throughout the day.
The Gold Box Deal of the Day features a Playstation 3 320GB console with controller for $259.99. This package usually sells for $299.99, so for today only it’s running $40 off. This is the cheapest I’ve seen this model offered, and only $10 more than the 160GB model.
Amazon is also running video game Lightning Deals throughout the day. The first was Army Corps of Hell for PS Vita which has already expired. Up now at the time of this post is Zumba Fitness Rush for Xbox 360 Kinect. Coming up later is the Playstation Move controller and Mario vs. Sonic at the Summer Olympic Games, amongst a couple others.
