A pair of popular and successful sequels comprise this week’s Wii Shop Channel offerings.
First up is Phantasy Star II which originally appeared on Sega Genesis. For 800 Wii Points and many hours, you can navigate through the Algol star system as one of multiple characters to defeat the forces of evil.
Ninja Gaiden III: The Ancient Ship of Doom first appeared on NES and will set you back 500 Wii Points. The final chapter in the Ninja Gaiden saga sees Ryu Hayabusa square off against superior life-forms created out of “life energy” called BIO-NOIDs. Sounds intriguing? Then get downloading!
Both new games will be available for download from the Wii Shop Channel at 9am PST on Monday, February 18.
