The desert runs anywhere from steaming hot to scorching hot, not exactly comfortable conditions for a prince and princess making a fleeting escape atop a trusted steed. Thankfully for them a dousing in water came to the rescue.
The first two new Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time movie set pics debuting at Empire Online reveal a soaking wet Prince Dastan (Jake Gyllenhaal) and Princess Tamina (Gemma Arterton) proving extra water weight is no excuse when forced to leap over a half wall and onto a horse.
A pair of additional pics feature director Mike Newell and producer Jerry Bruckheimer hard at work on the set in what appear to be mostly dry clothes.
