New images from a pair of this summer’s blockbusters, The Hangover 2 and Marvel’s Captain America: The First Avenger, snuck online via a summer movie preview at the L.A. Times.
The image from Captain America shows Chris Evans as the World War II-era super soldier sprinting through what looks like a Hydra facility. Behind him are what could be missiles or some other kind of weaponry Red Skull (Hugo Weaving) and his scientists have concocted.
In the case of The Hangover 2, this new image is only our second look at the upcoming sequel (here’s the first). The crew, now suffering from over indulgence overseas in Thailand, looks to be having a rough time.
Captain America: The First Avenger is directed by Joe Johnston and stars Evans, Weaving, Stanley Tucci, Hayley Atwell, Sebastian Stan and Dominic Cooper. It hits theaters on July 22.
The Hangover Part 2 featuring the return quartet of Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, Justin Bartha and Ed Helms is again under the direction of Todd Phillips and will be in theaters on May 26.
