Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment has revealed a fully loaded Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition is not only coming in November to the same platforms the original Injustice was released on earlier this year, but Sony’s upcoming PlayStation 4 (PS4), PS Vita and the PC as well. Wii U and Xbox One are not included in this release.
As you should expect, Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition is a combination of the original game and all subsequently released DLC content in one tidy package. The DLC includes playable characters Zatanna, Martian Manhunter, General Zod, Scorpion from Mortal Kombat, Lobo and Batgirl. 60 S.T.A.R. Lab Missions and 40 extra character skins will also be available right as the game starts up.
Exclusive to the North and South America version of Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition is the music soundtrack including ‘Another Soulmate’ by Jane’s Addiction and 11 additional songs.
The PS4 version of Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition has been remastered by developer High Voltage so it should be the one to own. It will also feature Touchpad functionality, video sharing and streaming, as well as linking to a player’s PS Network Feed page during match wrap-ups and in the pause menu.
The PS Vita version was ported by Armature Studio and introduces touch controls for mini-games, Wi-Fi multiplayer and ad-hoc, collectible hero cards, and all the DLC mentioned above.
WBIE has priced the Xbox 360, PS3 and PS4 versions of Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition at $59.99, the PC version at $49.99 and the PS Vita version at $39.99.
