Fox Home Entertainment has sent over the full details on the now confirmed October 27 release of Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs on Blu-ray Disc and DVD.
The third Ice Age film starring the voice talent of Ray Romano, John Leguizamo and Denis Leary tore up the summer office with the help of 3D which accounted for a large number of tickets sold. As with Monsters vs Aliens, 3D is being kept off the Blu-ray Disc edition until 3D at home technology has caught up with what’s available theatrically.
Ice Age 3 on Blu-ray will benefit from a 1.85:1 1080p transfer, 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio and a digital copy and DVD version packed onto a second and third disc. A full list of bonus features is as follows:
