The first set pics from Kung Fu Kid starring Jackie Chan and Jaden Smith have made their way online offering a first glimpse at the two stars in a Mr. Miyagi style training sequence on a misty dock.
Kung Fu Kid is a remake or re-imagining of the classic 1980s flick Karate Kid being co-produced by Jaden dad’s Will Smith. The original turned Ralph Macchio into a young star which papa Smith is no doubt hoping Kung Fu Kid does for Jaden.
Kung Fu Kid is expected to be released theatrically next June.
