Harley Quinn is set to return in Rocksteady Studios’ Batman: Arkham City, the sequel to Batman: Arkham Asylum that can’t get here soon enough.
This new concept art features Harley in a new outfit she’ll appear in during the course of Batman: Arkham City and matches up with a screenshot from a big batch of leaked screens a few months ago. They essentially validate one another. Early word from the image’s source, arkhamcity.co.uk, is that the Joker has gone quite mad since the first game and he’ll need Harley more than ever.
Batman: Arkham City is expected in stores sometime in fall 2011 for Xbox 360 and PS3.
