Remember Aliens: Colonial Marines? You know, the long-awaited game based on James Cameron’s classic sci-fi actioner that’s been in development at Gearbox Software for seemingly forever.
Well, Aliens: Colonial Marines is coming this fall and there’s finally a new trailer to take a look at.
The good news is the trailer looks fantastic. Almost just like the movie, because it’s all cinematic. That’s the bad news. The biggest gripe with the Aliens: Colonial Marines controlled demo from last summer was iffy gameplay. Here we are 7 months later and still don’t have an idea if the gameplay is sharper or more of the same.
Aliens: Colonial Marines is scheduled for release this fall on Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and the PC. I left off Wii U – for now – because Sega chose to leave its logo off the title screen at the end of the new trailer below, even though Nintendo previously announced the game as one of the supported titles for the new console due out this upcoming holiday season.
