Mission: Impossible 5 has a new name only four months ahead of its July debut. With the new Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation name comes the first Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation trailer and one-sheet movie poster that leaves star Tom Cruise hanging — literally.
In the film that also stars Simon Pegg, Alec Baldwin, and if the trailer is any indication only a smattering of Jeremy Renner, the IMF stumbles upon the evil twin of themselves. This outlaw organization is absolutely massive, highly skilled, and won’t be easy in the least to take down.
Tom Cruise dangling off the Burj Khalifa in Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol was pretty insane. In Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, Cruise gets strapped onto the side of an airplane as it takes off from the ground. One can only imagine the insurance wavers he had to sign before partaking in that stunt.
Here’s the official Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation synopsis: “Ethan and team take on their most impossible mission yet, eradicating the Syndicate – an International rogue organization as highly skilled as they are, committed to destroying the IMF.”
