Where there’s a poster there’s usually a trailer not too far behind, and in this case the first highly anticipated Dark Fate trailer has a precise release day and time of 6 am PT on Thursday, March 23rd.
Paramount is on the ball with Terminator: Dark Fate hype as they’ve already got the YouTube placeholder up where the trailer will appear, complete with a countdown timer.
Terminator: Dark Fate is the official sequel to Terminator 2: Judgment Day and the first franchise film since Judgment Day made with James Cameron’s involvement.
The tag line of “Welcome to the Day After Judgment Day” reinforces the idea that Dark Fate is a direct continuation of the events of Judgment Day.
Tim Miller directed Terminator: Dark Fate with a cast including Hamilton as well as Arnold Schwarzenegger, Mackenzie Davis, Gabriel Luna, Natalia Reyes, and Diego Boneta.
James Cameron conceived the story with Charles Eglee, Josh Friedman, David Goyer and Justin Rhodes. Goyer and Rhodes penned the screenplay.
