LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Game Coming in June; PS4 and Xbox One Deluxe Edition is Golden

If you thought the Disney Infinity 3.0 Star Wars: The Force Awakens Play Set was the only video game dipping into the world of Episode VII, think again. The folks at TT Games have been busy developing a LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens that will arrive in stores on June 28th for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, 3DS, and even PS Vita.

Sony and WB Games have struck a deal where the PS4 and PS3 version will offer exclusive access to a Droid Character Pack and the Phantom Limb Level Pack, the latter of which is being kept under wraps for the time being.

Additionally, PS4 and Xbox One owners will have access to the LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens Deluxe Edition that comes in snazzy gold packaging with an exclusive Finn Stormtrooper figure and the complete Season Pass, priced at $69.99.

Here are pre-order links for the regular and deluxe editions of LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens at Amazon.com, where you can also see the cover art in high resolution:

Gameplay will not only cover Star Wars: The Force Awakens, but also the time period between Star Wars: Return of the Jedi and Star Wars: The Force Awakens. TT Games worked closely with Lucasfilm to bring these new stories to life.

The best part about this announcement is the trailer that riffs on the original Star Wars: The Force Awakens teaser trailer from November 2014. Give it a few watches below.
