Wily Crash Bandicoot won’t be grooving through three remastered games-in-one later month by his lonesome. Another member of his family will be along for the ride.
Activision loves a big E3 twist reveal and this year it’s the inclusion of Coco, Crash’s sassy sister, as a fully playable character through all three games in the PS4 exclusive Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy.
Like Crash, Coco has her own set of moves, several of which you can watch in the reveal trailer below. You can technically play through the entire game as Coco, as Crash, or move back and forth between them.
Naughty Dog, the original creators of Crash Bandicoot, got early access to the finished game and just had to chime in. “Activision recently left a nearly complete build of the remastered Crash trilogy at Naughty Dog, and I’ve played all three games,” said Evan Wells, President, Naughty Dog. “Vicarious Visions took amazing care in maintaining the feel and soul of the originals but brought the visuals up to modern day standards and added a number of new features that’s made them even more fun to play than remembered.”
Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy arrives in stores on June 30th and can be pre-ordered at Amazon.
