You won’t have to wait around until Black Friday week to take advantage of Nintendo amiibo deals. In fact, the first deal is set to launch on the Toys to Life figures’ November 21 release date and should attract many buyers over the sale’s 48-hour duration through Saturday, November 22.
The amiibo deal is at Toys “R” Us and offers any three amiibo figures for a flat rate of $30. Since amiibo’s typically cost $12.99 each, this will save buyers $9 before taxes or a substantial 23 percent.
Obviously amiibo figures will be a hot commodity on their release date and availability will vary by store. Since this offer is for in-store purchases only, I would recommend hitting up your local Toys “R” Us store as close to open on Friday, November 21 as possible.
What’s brilliant about taking advantage of the Toys “R” Us amiibo deal is that it can be used in conjunction with the retail store’s current deal that offers a free amiibo figure with a Super Smash Bros. for Wii U game pre-order. For $90 and change, you can score Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and four amiibo figures to go with it one week from today.
There are 12 total amiibo figures in wave 1 that will be available on the November 21 launch date.
