The first big catalog 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray release for this holiday season is all four The Hunger Games films starring Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson and Elizabeth Banks from Lionsgate Home Entertainment. Each will be sold individually and show up in stores on November 8th.
Lionsgate has set the suggested retail price for The Hunger Games, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 at $22.99. The more recently released The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 is almost double at $42.99.
All The Hunger Games 4K UHD Blu-ray titles will come packaged with the standard Blu-ray and a Digital HD copy. The DVD edition will not be included.
