Set sail with Johnny Depp, Geoffrey Rush, Orlando Bloom and Kiera Knightly early next year as Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl makes its debut on 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray. The official release date is January 2nd, 2022.
Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl’s 4K presentation will feature Dolby Atmos audio and HDR on the video side. Those upgrades will hopefully make it a worthwhile new addition to your film collection.
Otherwise expect the inclusive Blu-ray to include legacy bonus features. A Digital copy is also included in the package.
There’s no word of additional Pirates of the Caribbean films making their way to 4K Blu-ray as of yet.
Pre-orders for Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl on 4K UHD will be available at a later date.
