Paramount Home Entertainment are lifting the horror prequel movie Pet Sematary: Bloodlines from Paramount+ and bringing it to Digital HD and 4K on December 5th, followed by a December 19th release date for 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD.
All home video formats of Pet Sematary: Bloodlines sans DVD will come with five featurettes that total over an hour in length.

Forrest Goodluck, Jack Mulhern, Henry Thomas, and Natalie Alyn Lind, with Pam Grier and David Duchovny star in Pet Sematary: Bloodlines that is set at the famous Stephen King location back in 1969. It focuses on a young Jud Crandall, the same character from King’s novel and the original 1989 movie, played there by the late Fred Gwynne.
