Middle-earth has been a busy place over the past month or so. A glorious new trailer for Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit set the stage for what is sure to be a holiday blockbuster in just a few months. And before then, LEGO: The Lord of the Rings will enter the gaming world and relive Jackson’s LOTR films in brick form.
Joining the ranks of LEGO: The Lord of the Rings media is a new poster that showcases the villains and monsters that will be encountered in the game. Saruman and his wicked crew have “assembled” and are ready to attack. It’s impossible not to love any film character turned into a LEGO figure. Click the poster below for a high resolution look.
Also new today is the first in a series of developer diaries from TT Games. This first installment goes behind-the-scenes into how TT Games created their most cinematic LEGO universe to date.
LEGO: The Lord of the Rings will make its way into stores on October 30 for Xbox 360, Playstation 3, Wii, 3DS, DS, PS Vita and the PC. Pretty much it will be available on everything except Wii U.
