The Blu-ray and DVD release of Transformers Prime: Season 1 has been known for some time thanks to an early pre-order listing courtesy of online retailer Amazon.com. Thanks to Shout! Factory we have the full scoop including release date confirmation, box art and bonus features.
Transformers Prime: Season 1 will make its home video debut on March 6. The Limited Edition four-disc Blu-ray version will additionally include a 96-page IDW graphic novel.
Those who like their Transformers Prime loud will find 5.1 audio on the Blu-ray and DVD versions. Video specs for the Blu-ray are not available at this time, though I would expect 1080i at minimum.
