Nintendo announced the firm release dates for a pair of upcoming first-party exclusive Wii games during their keynote address at the Games Developer Conference in San Francisco today.
First out the gate will be Excitebots: Trick Racing, the latest installment in the ongoing and continuously evolving series of games born from NES’ Excitebike. The robotic racer will make its way into stores on April 20.
A month later on May 18 will see the long-awaited return of Punch-Out!! in its Nintendo Wii debut. Mike Tyson may be history but that won’t keep old favorites Glass Joe, King Hippo, Doc Louis and other mystery guests from leaping into cell-shaded 3-D designs.
