‘We Ski’ Slaloms onto Wii This Spring, First Screenshots

Namco Bandai has announced We Ski, a new skiing title, will be available this spring exclusively on Nintendo Wii.

We Ski will allow up to four players to go head-to-head on the slopes using the Wii Remote and Nunchuk. Skiers will also have the option of mixing the Wii Balance Board into the controls for added realism. With the Balance Board packaged with Wii Fit not due in stores until mid-May, We Ski will be one of, if not the first Balance Board compatible title in stores.

Head-to-head skiers will be tasked with tackling a dozen runs ranging in difficulty from bunny slopes to Black Diamonds. Mii support is included, as well as gear customization including unlockable additional skis, poles, goggles, and costumes.

Single-player mode features an entire mountain to explore at day or night, complete with a ski school, freestyle skiing, moguls and slaloms, photography, and other events.

Pricing hasn’t been released as of yet, though you can enjoy the first 10 screenshots right now.
