This week, Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian continues on Disney+ with Episode 2 of the 8-part documentary series. The next episode, Legacy, will check in with the cast and crew to discuss how Star Wars has impacted their life and work.

The official premiere date and time for Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian Episode 2 is Friday, May 8th, 2020 at approximately midnight ET or shortly thereafter. It will be available to stream via the Disney Plus app on Internet connected devices, or directly via the Disney Plus website.

Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian Episode 2 Preview

This past Monday’s Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian premiere episode focused on the directors. Creator Jon Favreau and his directing team consisting of Dave Filoni, Deborah Chow, Bryce Dallas Howard, Taika Waititi, and Rick Famuyiwa talked about their time working on The Mandalorian Season 1.

This week’s Episode, Legacy, will expand to the cast and crew. The official synopsis from Lucasfilm and Disney reads, “We gather the cast and crew to reflect on the influence of Star Wars on both their lives and The Mandalorian.”
