HBO’s Barry is fresh off setting a new series high with 2.5 million viewers on Sunday night from a combination of two airings, HBO Go and HBO Now. With viewership growing for the underappreciated show, it’s no wonder Barry Season 3 is already green lit.
The Bill Hader-led drama/dark comedy likely picked up some new long term viewers after the big Game of Thrones – ‘The Long Night’ episode with a brilliant capsule episode that delivered the biggest series laughs and best direction yet.
There are now only three episodes left in Barry Season 2 and HBO has passed along their names and descriptions.

Season 2, Episode 6: ‘The Truth Has a Ring to It

In preparation for his big scene with Sally (Sarah Goldberg), Barry (Bill Hader) works with Gene (Henry Winkler) to help get into character. Sally resolves to embrace her truth.
