It’s showdown time entering Chapter 16 of The Mandalorian Season 2, otherwise known as the season finale. Din has used Moff Gideon’s Nevarro speech about The Child’s importance against him. It’s like two dads fighting for an infant and only one will come out on top with Peyton Reed in the director’s chair.
The Mandalorian Season 2 Episode 8 premieres this Friday, December 18th, 2020 via the Disney+ app or website at or very close to midnight PT. Find out how to stream and watch The Mandalorian Chapter 16 online directly from Disney+, the exclusive home to the series.
Those who are finally ready to watch The Mandalorian Season 2 episodes and don’t have a Disney+ subscription yet will need to sign-up for Disney+ at the official website or app as the free trial offered for a limited time last year is long gone. Signing up allows you to immediately watch as much of The Mandalorian and other shows/movies on the platform as you have time for, right back to the first episode.
The cost for Disney+ remains one of the cheapest of all streaming services at only $6.99 a month. Subscribers get more than their money’s worth with seemingly endless Star Wars, Pixar, Disney, Marvel and National Geographic content ready to be streamed.
Disney is also offering an option of subscribing for $69.99 a year up front that drops the price down to $5.84 a month, over a dollar a month less than going month-to-month. This is a good option if you’re confident that you’ll want to keep watching Disney+ over the next year. With Marvel shows coming on deck as well as additional Star Wars originals, it’s not a bad idea.
Disney+ Hulu ESPN+ Bundle
A $12.99 a month bundle option including Disney+, ESPN+ and the ad-supported version of Hulu is another option to consider. This deal dubbed “Get All Three” is a fantastic bargain that is already being enjoyed by millions of subscribers.
If you already have a Hulu account then you will receive a bill credit for each month that you’re subscribed to the bundle deal.
Look for the Disney+ app to show up on a variety of devices including Xbox and PlayStation gaming consoles; LG, Samsung and Sony TVs, Roku boxes, and Amazon Fire TV boxes and Fire Sticks.
You’ll need to install the latest update to have the Disney+ app appear after registering your Get All Three account.

The Mandalorian Chapter 15 Preview
Two characters saw major development in Chapter 15 of The Mandalorian Season 2 titled The Believer. One gets to continue forward into the finale while the other one enjoys hard-earned freedom.
Cara Dune was easily able to take custody of Mayfeld from his prison sentence. Getting Mayfeld to use his face on an Imperial scanner at an Imperial mining installation proved impossible when one of his old officer’s was nearby.
At this moment Din broke his vow and removed his helmet in front of others in order to obtain the location of Moff Gideon’s ship. He’s now proven he’s willing to do whatever it takes to get Grogu back safely even if it means breaking his own codes.
As for Mayfeld, Dune and Din agreed to presume he had died and let the former Imperial sniper run off into the woods. Mayfeld proved his worth and his disdain for the Empire, something that might come in handy down the line.
