The upcoming Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge attraction at Disneyland and Walt Disney World is coming right along. Construction has literally taken shape, and a new flyover video shows just how much work has been done.
Many of the finer details that will bring Galaxy’s Edge to life are missing at this point in the project’s timeline. What we can see now is the immense scale with rock formations that tower over the surrounding trees.
When the drone pulls back from the site you can see how expansive it really is. The concept artwork probably doesn’t do justice to what the final attraction will look like.
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is scheduled to open at both theme parks sometime in 2019. Expect massive crowds when it does.
