Microsoft’s Xbox One all-in-one entertainment and gaming system sold through all of its launch day consoles when it was released on November 22. That doesn’t mean Microsoft isn’t continuing to manufacture them, and now online retailer Amazon.com has Xbox One in stock right now.
The Xbox One being offered by Amazon is the standard edition as the Day One editions have sold out and will not be replenished. Xbox will set you back $499.99 and comes with the console, the new Kinect camera, and a controller, along with an HDMI cable for quick hookup.

Note that Xbox One is in stock so it will ship shortly after an order is placed. Amazon Prime members would have it in their hands this week for certain, probably by Thursday, while Super Saving Shipping for free might push the delivery date into early next week. Either way Xbox One will be delivered in plenty of time to wrap and toss under the Christmas Tree as a hot gift for a lucky family member.
If I may offer any game advice for prospective buyers, I highly recommend Ryse: Son of Rome, NBA 2K14 and Skylanders Swap Force as a trio of titles that show off what next-gen gaming should look like.
