Xbox One Day One Edition Games with Exclusives Pre-Orders List

Xbox One Day One Edition Games with Exclusives Pre-Orders ListWhen Microsoft first put up their new Xbox One console for pre-order, they offered a “Day One” edition with some extra perks as a reward for the earliest adopters. Those Xbox One Day One edition consoles has almost completely sold out already, but they aren’t the only Day One labeled items on the way.

There are a total of four Microsoft first party published games with Day One editions designed to compliment the Xbox One Day One edition console. Like the console, the Day One edition version of each of these games includes exclusive content that won’t be available elsewhere after the intial run of Day One editions sells through.

First up on the Day One edition list is the Capcom developed Xbox One exclusive Dead Rising 3 Day One edition. The official features game for the zombie apocalypse sequel promises “unique items and experiences” packed into the Day One edition, though what those unlockables are have not been revealed as of yet.

Unfortunately that same vague description for Day One exclusives carries across the other three games as well. Those games are the historical action/adventure Ryse: Son of Rome Day One edition from Crysis developer Crytek, the racer sequel with the cool “cloud” Drivatar feature Forza Motorsport 5 Day One edition, and last but not least the sequel to Kinect Sports, the lone Kinect-exclusive game that Microsoft hopes will attract families and showcase Kinect 2.0, Kinect Sports: Rivals Day One edition.

All of these Xbox One Day One edition games are still available for pre-order. However, as previously mentioned, the Xbox One Day One edition consoles are currently sold out save for the official Microsoft Store. You can still pre-order a non-launch day guaranteed Xbox One console that should ship and arrive prior to Christmas, if not only a few days after the Day One edition consoles ship.

Pre-order Xbox One standard edition for $499.99 at Amazon.com, while supplies last.

The Xbox One Day One edition controller, which has a little “Day One” stamp on it, is exclusive to the Day One console and cannot be purchased individually. The regular edition Xbox One controller is available for pre-order and priced at $59.96.

Amazon.com is currently listing a November 27 release date for all Xbox One Day one products. That release date is not official and confirmed by Microsoft as this time. We might get the official Xbox One release date when Microsoft holds their Gamescom media briefing on August 20.
