Wolfenstein: The New Order ‘Nowhere to Run’ Trailer Alters History with a Deadly Penalty

Wolfenstein: The New Order 'Nowhere to Run' Trailer Alters History with a Deadly PenaltyWolfenstein: The New Order has a new trailer this morning that underscores the alternate history within the game can be deadly when you least expect it to be.

As the Third Reich rules the world by 1960 with an iron fist, extreme measures are called upon to fight back against the oppressive regime. Those measures are backed by some exotic weapons designed to blast Nazis into oblivion.

The new Wolfenstein: The New Order is titled ‘Nowhere to Run’ after the song by the same name that plays over it. The song was originally composed by Martha Reeves & The Vandellas but has been remixed, much like history, for the game. In fact, all the music in Wolfenstein: The New Order is remixed, and in the case of ‘Nowhere to Run,’ was performed by Die Partei Damen (The Party Ladies).

Bethesda Softworks has chosen May 20 as the release for Wolfenstein: The New Order on Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and the PC. Pre-ordering Wolfenstein: The New Order grants access to the upcoming Doom beta on Xbox One and PS4.
