You probably don’t want to watch the following BioShock Infinite video if you want to remain as spoiler-free as possible headed into the game next year. Good luck trying to resist anyway.
Irrational Games has sent their fans a Christmas present in the form of roughly the first five minutes of BioShock Infinite. It’s a familiar return to the world of “BioShock” that calls back to how the franchise first began several years ago. The similarities are impossible to ignore.
Presented in these few minutes of gameplay footage is the idea of inversion. Whereas BioShock began in the air and plunged its hero into the sea, BioShock Infinite begins in the sea and… well, watch the video below to find out.
BioShock Infinite will be available for Xbox 360, PS3 and the PC on its recently revised release date of March 26, 2013.
