Disney and Cartoon Brew have published a new behind-the-scenes look at the making of the upcoming hand-drawn Disney film, The Princess and the Frog.
The clip explores the process to bring Dr. Facilier, the film’s villain, to life. Supervising animator Bruce Smith talks about working with voice actor Keith David and how nuances in his performance were used to animate the character.
Also lending their voice to the film are Terrence Howard, John Goodman, Bruno Campos, Oprah Winfrey, and Anika Noni Rose as Princess Tiana.
Disney’s The Princess and the Frog is set to open on December 11.
