Blue Underground has announced their latest Blu-ray Disc entry will be Two Evil Eyes, slated for release on March 31.
Two Evil Eyes is a double-feature with a pair of legendary horror directors. First up is George Romero’s The Facts In The Case Of Mr. Valdemar about a cheating wife who tries to embezzle money out of her dieing husband with the aid of her lover, but must face the music when visited from someone beyond the grave.
The second half is filled by Dario Argento’s The Black Cat starring Harvey Keitel as a crime scene photographer driven to commit brutal murders by the strange influence of a black cat.
Both films have been remastered and will be presented in their original widescreen 1.78:1 1080p aspect ratios with a choice of 7.1 DTS-HD Master Audio or 7.1 Dolby TrueHD audio.
Bonus features skew heavily towards the effects work of legend Tom Savini as detailed below.
