For today only, online retailer Amazon.com has shaved $20 off the price of the new Wolftenstein game for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
The sale price of $39.99 has sent the game soaring up Amazon’s hourly sales charts. Both versions have jumped near the top 20 after previously being ranked lower than 500.
Wolfenstein is the first next generation version of the classic ongoing series which was released with little fanfare but garnered above average reviews. It blends traditional World War II first-person shooter gameplay with supernatural elements that act like a game within a game.
