Several members of Marvel’s Thor cast took to Twitter to shout out some quick impressions about the first day of filming.
Kat Dennings, playing Darcy, gave men everywhere something to close their eyes and picture. “First day off filming and I’m already staggering around my hotel room shirtless and dazed like a homeless man.”
Another of the film’s ladies, Jaimie Alexander as Thor’s Asgardian love interest Sif, tweeted “Ray Stevenson is the best thing since sliced bread 😉 having a jolly good time here in Asgard!” Ray is playing Volstagg.
And lastly, stuntman Jeremy Dunn was pumped to finally get to work. “..is in full costume and ready to shoot! – 10 weeks of rehearsals, and its finally time. …What a wonderful opportunity. 😉 “
According to the source ComicBookMovie.com, Marvel released the first image from Iron Man 2 a mere 24 days after principal photography commenced. The look of Thor is a lot more secretive but we may get lucky and catch a first glimpse sometime next month.
